Artist Note:

My art focuses on the struggles of personal growth. I believe that an individual can empower themselves, overcoming internal and external obstacles, to find a voice for positive change in ourselves and our communities. I draw upon my life journey and focus on my struggles with self-identity, self-evolution, and social activism.

 

I hope that my viewers may resonate and find support for their own growth. I would like my body of work to serve as a call to action while acknowledging the difficulties of leaving the comfort of familiarity and expectations in order to enact change.
